I wanted to make this album since 2018. But I was only able to record it in December 2020. The atmosphere was perfect. It was still the Covid era, with the lockdown. And it was winter, it was so cold. I saw snow for the first time since my childhood. And I was with my family. The atmosphere was unique. So I started one night to record this new album for my Soft Depression solo project.
All of this album was recorded on December 25, 2020. At the time, I was thinking that I should record more songs for this album, that's why I didn't released it in December 2020. But the inspiration and mood never came back for finishing those songs. In 2023, I discovered again this "unfinished" album. This album takes me back to the time when life was strange, but warm. So the album is totally untouched. No mix, no master. Nothing. Just the Audacity export in wav and that's it. I'm proud of this one so much.
